ONE free chain stitch hemming is offered for any jeans / pants which purchased from our stores (SAMURAI JEANS ONLINE STORE & OSAKA HEAD STORE) directly.
For a one-washed jeans, we could hem before sending out upon request.
However, the jeans would then be non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you prefer to hem it before delivery, your prior consent of the above terms is required.

To return an item, the item MUST be new, unused, unwashed, and with the tags; within 14 days of receiving the order.

We reserve the right to not accept returns or exchanges that do not meet the above requirements. If the item is being washed or in any circumstances that we could not accept the return, delivery charges for both ways would be billed.

Our prices do not include custom duty in the country where the customer resides.
On the other hand, consumption tax (10%) in Japan is excluded for overseas markets.
As soon as the item leaves our office, it belongs to the customer who paid for it.　
Customs policies vary between countries.　
Customers are solely responsible for importing the item into the country it was shipped to and any customs, as well as duties and taxes incurred because of the importation. The price on the delivery documents cannot be changed.

When an overseas customer placed an order via a third-party address for delivery; such as a domestic forwarding company in Japan, or when an order is determined to have been placed via an overseas network (IP address), the order would be canceled under our shipping regulations.
This shipping regulations is established to ensure safe and reliable delivery of products for overseas customers.

Please note that purchases for the purpose of resale, commercial use, or any profit-making activities are not permitted.

In accordance with our Terms of Service, we may cancel orders that violate this policy.
