Notice of Changes to Our Return and Exchange Policy

We would like to inform you that, effective October 2026, we will be revising our return and exchange policy.

The terms and conditions for returns and exchanges following this revision are as follows.

■ Domestic: The same return and exchange conditions as before will continue to apply.

■ International: For returns and exchanges from overseas, the previous fees will be discontinued, and the following shipping fees will apply.

※ If the shipping cost exceeds the standard fee due to the weight of the item or other factors, you will be responsible for the excess amount at actual cost.

・Return: Standard shipping fee: JPY 6,000 per return
・Exchange: Standard shipping fee: JPY 12,000 (round trip) per exchange
