Regarding hemming, we offer one free chain-stitch hemming for any jeans / pants which purchased from our stores (SAMURAI JEANS ONLINE STORE & OSAKA HEAD STORE) directly.

For jeans that have been one-washed, we can hem them at your request before shipping. 

For jeans that are non-washed (in raw condition), we suggest hemming after the first washing. Otherwise, we will add on 6-8cm on top of the desired inseam as buffer for the shrinkage in the first washing.

However, the jeans / pants would then be non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you wish to have your jeans / pants hemmed prior to shipping, we need your prior consent to the above terms in advance. Please indicate this when you place your order.
